Staged Readings

Every other month on a Sunday afternoon during our season, Theatreworks New Milford presents readings of plays that are under consideration for future productions.  It’s a great opportunity to get audience reaction to new plays, many of them previously unproduced, in order to gauge the chance of a successful full production on our mainstage.

One of the plays read here this season will open our 2027 season next February.  It’s a hilarious romantic comedy. We hope to see you all there!
