Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the box office. To purchase tickets you’ll need a credit card (MasterCard or Visa Only). Once tickets are purchased all sales are final and no refunds allowed.

E-TICKET

Tickets are issued to the purchaser and may be subject to additional identity verification if requested by TheatreWorks Staff or the House Manager. In the event you forget to bring your e-ticket, you may be asked to go to the box office window to get your ticket(s) re-printed.

WILL-CALL

Tickets are held at the box office for pick up the day of the performance. Tickets may be picked up 1 hour prior to curtain time. It is suggested that tickets be picked up no later than 10 minutes prior to curtain. If you would like to pick up your tickets earlier you will need to make special arrangements with the box office to schedule a date and time.

RE-SELL REFUND / STANDBY TICKETS (SOLD OUT PERFORMANCES ONLY)

If the performance is sold out and you fail to arrive at the theatre, TheatreWorks will issue a refund for the ticket amount excluding service fees ONLY if it can re-sell the seat(s) to standby(s). Reservations are held until 5 minutes before curtain, after which the tickets are released. If you are running late, please call and your tickets will be held until your arrival.

TICKET EXCHANGE

While no refunds are allowed, TheatreWorks does offer a ticket exchange for remaining performances of the same show if canceled 24 hours before the performance. In that event, TheatreWorks will make every effort to accommodate you at an alternate performance. Any exchanges are based on availability at remaining performances. An exchange fee of $3.00 per ticket will apply for changes to the order.
