TWKids Spring Programs – Registration Now Open!
March 8, 2017- New Milford, Conn. TheatreWorks New Milford TW Kids program announces two brand new workshops for the Spring Season.
The 2017 TWKids Spring Break Program, Imagination Exploration for kids ages 10 and older begins on Monday, April 10th and run through Friday, April 14th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. Instructor Stacy Capodilupo leads this one-of-a-kind program that teaches students how to develop characters and stories, culminating in a performance of an original play that they create themselves during this week-long workshop. A performance for family and friends will take place the afternoon of Friday, April 14 and Tuition is $250.00.
For younger kids ages 5 to 9, we are offering a brand new educational workshop designed for younger children. Lori Larson and Alicia Napolitano team up to lead this song and game-based introduction to theatre and performance. Students will sing, dance, act, and create, all while learning the fundamentals. This class for students ages 5-9 will meet on five Saturday mornings from April 22nd – May 20th, 9 am to 12 pm Students will present a showcase for families on May 20th at 11:30 am. Tuition is $175.
